DHCD Regional Broadband Plan (2025)
CRC facilitated the creation of a Regional Broadband Affordability and Adoption Plan across all seven counties, funded by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). This plan outlines gaps in service, community needs, public input findings, and regional priorities to expand broadband access and digital equity.
